About the Congress and Exhibition

The Latin American Congress is held every other year and attracts representatives from more than 30 countries and over 25 exhibiting companies. The Congress provides an international forum for professionals, scientists, researchers, and students in the fats and oils industry and enhances their business knowledge of today's market and how to prepare for the future. The exhibition features suppliers in the fats and oils trade in a unique atmosphere that facilitates business and interaction among industry leaders and industry-related firms from around the world.
